Aaron is a ripoff to people that is very loyal to there company. My problem with aaron is that i reported an accident that happen to the item that i rental from them back in april and i just a reponse back in june. Every time i try and call there's no reponse until about a month ago.
That;s when they decide to call and wanting to help and they ask me to come the office make some arrangements and that's what i did and they told that i owe them $363.00 and now i got this letter in the mail saying that i owe them a $1,115.00 for a tv and a 31" tv don't cost that much.
I'm a single parent of 3 lovely child and i don't have that kind of money. Now they is talking about fileing legal action against me for no payment and i really don't understand how they tell you one price and they jump up to another price and the price is more then what they have been done told you.
What i really want the cooperate office number or address and i have tried to contact the general manager but no reponse. What should i do to keep them from calling me every hour on the clock and harassing me.
