Refusal of delivery

I'd puchased a refrigerator on January 4. It had been to become deliveried on January 8. I'd to pay for $65 in advance to be able to understand this deliveried, also it could be returned after shipping. I had been named about the day of the 8th and informed they where not likely to be providing reason for the poor weather. An extremely little bit of snow had dropped instantly. I had been okay with this specific and recognized. I anticipated it to be deliveried 24 hours later, after I named about the morning of the 9th, I had been informed again they wouldn't provide reason for the current weather.By this time around there is no climate everywhere with-in the support section of this shop, all streets and drives where totally clear without any ideal being observed everywhere on the floor. I directed this out and was informed they where not likely to risk it. I had been informed they might provide in a few days when the climate was greater. After 5 times with no refriderator I wound up needing to proceed collection the applying myself in the shop and was returned the $65 provide charge. There is no purpose not provide and that I was handled really badly from the store-manager. I'll never again buy from sears or some of there firm's, it was completely unexceptable and all my criticism have gone unanswered. At virtually no time was there any work designed to enhance this case. This is actually the toughest support I've every obtained from any kind of store.
