Haven't received a refrigerator paid in full

Mr. Brown,

I bought a fridge in the nearby Sears shop and compensated entirely at period of purchase on 01/10. I've yet to get my fridge. I've been informed twice that it'd be deliveried in a-4 time period at my empty renovated home where I've to hold back outside within the chilly with no one actually turned up or had the courtsey to contact and inform me that for this time 01/28/09 the fridge hasn't come in. I also bought a stove along with a dishwasher on a single day whilst the fridge which was deliveried on the unique time. The stove was the incorrect shade and needed to be delivered. I visited the shop that evening plus they offered mean update since that had it within the correct shade within the factory.

Can you please check up on this issue and I would like to understand what I will do to obtain my taken care of fridge?
