Well wachavia bank charged me for a bounced check fee that shouldnt even have bounced my check bounced on june 2 and they told me on june 3 i had 80 dollars in my available balance without depositing any in the bank. On top of that i have a way to save account that is suppose to protect me from bouncing check. I had $12.08 in that account my check was to have suppoed to have bounced for $. 44 and the bank said that the only way that my way to save would have covered my $. 44 is if i had enough in it to cover all my holds. The whole time im thinking to myself isnt that what the way to save is for. So on top of all this they charged me a $35.00 bounced check fee that i didnt have enough money to take out of i only had $32.00 in my account so they bank takes my way to save account that had $12.08 in it tranfers it to my checking so they can take their fee for the bounced check but couldnt allow it to keep they check from bouncing. So because of them taking this $35.00 fee it left my checking account short and i had other things bounce that left me having $105.00 in adition to the other fee that they say i owe them. I've also had them not take out my way to save money when i first opened the acount if u dont know what that is its where they take out a dollar every time you use your debit card with them its also your protection from bounced check. So when i brought it to their attention they added it but their balance and my balanced matched even though i had been taking out of my files they dollar every time i used my debit card. I never got i dime of this money back. They also charged me a five dollar fee for using a none wachovia atm but i never recieved my paper work about my acount so didnt knpow there was a fee i was told that i could use any atms with no fee and had no daily limit which i do but because of these fees that i had no way of knowing about i had a bounced check and for a $128.00 bounced check i had to pay the courts $300.00 and lost my tv that i almost had payed off i didnt have to pay the banks bounced check fees the refunded that back admitting that it was a bank curtesy to refund my fees but wouldnt refund any of the money i had to pay to the courts i should have closed the account then but didnt i thought maybe it was just one of those things i've talked to many peaple and they all have the same complaints so before you bank with wachovia you make want to think about it long and hard becuaes i've lost more money with them than i have put in the account and if you are already with them you may want to watch your acount very carefully and dont wait to find another bank its your money and you worked hard for it dont let thhis bank act like its their money
