I am retired military, having served 27 years in the U.S. Army. Today I was refused the military discount because the cashier said you had stopped the discounts unless you had been retired 20 years or more. Just in the last few days I was given the discounts, and today they said the policy went into effect 2 weeks ago.
I find this very frustrating, and since I have spent thousands of dollars this past year, I will be taking my business to Lowe's or anyone else who will give me the discount. I patronized you quite often, but I guess the time has come to change.
