I bought a front-loader LG machine around three weeks before. I start to have issues and needed to contact the guarantee office. I became really annoyed. They start to request each one of these concerns about my machine which should will be in the machine after which they'd me performing like I had been the specialist. I had been to consider various things to ensure it had been finished when shipped. Well I ceased and simply informed them used to do not observe something these were requesting. The lady determined at that time she'd deliver a specialist out. Then she explained I had a need to display my bill of purchase to ensure that I had been the one which bought the equipment. I informed her I've never heard about any such thing. I have never had this issue when I buy a from Sears. I'll never purchase another item from hhgregg. They're the toughest as it pertains to customer support.
