I've a Maytag Machine and this past year it started departing bleach spots on my shade garments. Sears Support decided the accessory must be changed and also the component was requested. Per month later the component came also it was the incorrect component therefore a brand new one was requested which came per month later. Today annually later the same has occurred and again the service-man requested a brand new accessory that we am awaiting since Nov 09. A week ago I had been informed it had been sent, nowadays I named the nationwide customer support quantity and was informed it had been shut out using the PC to ensure that intended the component was delivered. I informed her I'd not obtained the components and after further checking she decided the components were still on back-order.
A Lot Of my dim and gentle shade garments are destroyed from bleach spots. We vacant the accessory and wash it each time we utilize it with bleach but there has to be bleach within the point also it bursts on our next scrub. The client support representative I talked with today was excellent but couldn't assist me in solving this issue. Sears must substitute my machine when they cannot assure fix of the applying.
