Products are junk, does not honor warranty

Purchased high capacity battery for palm pre. Battery causes phone to crash constantly. Retailer (mobihand) says warranty is via seidio.

Sedio does not honor their warranty, won't issue an RMA, and doesn't respond to followup emails.
