I purchased a camcorder battery on 3/16/01 at the local Walmart.
It had a warranty of 5 years but after 2 years it died. I was told to take it back to Walmart but the store said that they did not honor a manufacturer's warranty. I have made several phone calls to Thomson's and RCA but have had no success in obtaining a replacement or reimbursement for the $63.92 battery. Help!
