Master Protection Plan Service Incompetent With Parts and Appointments

Stay out of Sears Roebuck - Their Service is horrible and their warranties are borderline fraudulent. I am going through a problem where I purchase a Master protection plan and they are thoroughly incompetent.
The hire the most unprofessional people, to deal with ordering parts, promise you appointments and use lies deception.
STAY Out of this outfit.
