At Friday, December 26th (post thanks giving day) I bought a LCD Samsung TV 52" model LN52B550 by $1,198.88 and a Warranty for five years (total=$1,474.20).
I picked up the TV from the storage but anyone showed the conditions of that equipment.
When I got home and I unpacked the TV, I noticed the TV base was damaged, the screen had scratches and also the package with the manual, user guides, etc was opened like an used equipment.
Next day, Saturday decembre 28th I went to consumer services in the store and I made a complaint, after I talked with some persons the I talked to manager Mr. Marcelo Ordaz and explained every thing but he denied my complaint. He answered me they have sold me a good conditions and new TV.
I argued that they didn't show the conditions of that equipment inside its package and rather I could have carried to my home a closed box with nothing inside!
I don't know if I deserve a complete or partial refund but I do know that I deserve something from this huge store.
Thank you.
