I had placed an order 9-27-08 with Frog Gifts for a wedding present for a friends 2 year old daughter (the mom was getting married). I wanted her to receive something special for HER on that day. She loves frog and I thought she would like it. The wedding was Oct 25th, so Frog Gifts had plenty of time to get the items to me.
I gave them 3 weeks, and emailed to have them track the shippment. No response. I called and left a message, no response. I now have emailed them 3 more times and called them 4 times. I still have never received the items nor have I gotten a response.
Not only am I out the $ I paid for items I have not received, but I had to go out and purchase another gift.
My credit card was charged right away. I am now left with no other opition but to file an reversal of charges with the credit card company. I am also posting this to warn others.
