I purchased a 46" flat screen 1080p TV from this store in June. Less than 6 months later the TV was malfunctioning. I spoke to an individual at the store who gave me the number to customer service in CA and stated if I'm not satisfied to contact the Reading store and they will "figure something out." I went to the store and they were arrogant and not helpful and the told me there is nothing they can do for me.
