I am not happy. The battery never worked long enough for me to even tell if I liked the product. I followed directions and charged and re-charged and re-charged again. Every time the 10 flashes happened. The 10 flashes happened after two 'puffs'.
I did NOT request a membership but according to the package insert I am to receive monthly product. I sent email stating this fact and said "Do NOT charge my credit card. Cancel the membership that I did not subscribe."
I recieved this message 'I will be more then happy to replace them for you but there will be a fee of $12.95 just send a check or money order along with the defective product.'
The next day's email: November 27 Approved Transaction? If you suspect that this order has been placed fraudulently, please contact Smoke Anywhere USA, Inc at [email protected]. Charged to my credit card $89.95
Again I sent email to [email protected] stating I did not approve and to NOT charge my credit card.
November 29 Once again.'This message is to confirm that an order has been placed with Smoke Anywhere USA, Inc.
If you suspect that this order has been placed fraudulently, please contact Smoke Anywhere USA, Inc at [email protected].'
Another charge of $29.95.
I have kept records of all correspondence and will dispute these charges with my credit card company
