Progressive concepts not standing behind warranty, poor service, extra $ charges, credit score inquiry

Hawk Eletronics has been my cell phone provider for approximately 15 years. Their celluar service is through AT&T. The past few years, the customer service from Hawk has declined. This past two weeks, Hawk Electronics charged me 100.00 for a phone that was in warranty and should have been replaced with no additional charges.in addition, the company did a "hard" inquiry on my credit score, resulting in a negative impact on my rating.
My current phone is a Blackberry Bold. During my travels last week, the phone was not functioning properly and hard to make/receive phone calls. After spending several minutes in trying to contact Hawk, I was able to get through to them.initially, Hawk's customer service told me that I could get a re-conditioned phone. I told them I was still paying on my phone and I wanted a new one to replace it. I then asked to speak with a manager. The manager finally agreed on exchanging my phone for a new one, but it had to be done through the mail, I told her that was inconvenient and not work for me. I instructed Hawk that I would stop by one of the satellite stores near my home the following day for the exchange. I was told that the manager had to check with her supervisor which was offsite in a meeting and she would have to e-mail her for approval. I am still out of town and the time is approximately 5:00 PM. I finally did get an e-mail back with the approval on the exchange. The Hawk manager told me that I would be charged 100.00 but then I would get a 100.00 rebate to send off, which was never sent to me.
In summary, I have spoken to senior management about the 100.00 charge and the credit score inquiry. Management told me they would call me back with a resolved issue, which I ended up making several calls, which nothing has been resolved. My credit score still shows the inquiry.in addition, I just received my bill and the 100.00 charge for the new phone is included. Still, no rebate form.
Note to others, if you use this company, RUN AWAY. With my job, I travel 2-3 weeks out of each month. AT&T is nationwide and on almost every corner. This company is local and has POOR customer service.
Stay away from the hawk and fly away!
