Less than 24 hours after I ordered their service I canceled it because my building does not have the required equipment for its use. They still delivered the unit. I returned it and they will not give me credit although I never used the service. Additionally, they wanted me to pay an additional charge. I told them that I did not owe them anything. AFter several emails and a conversation with them yesterday, today they informed me that they charged the additional $20 on my credit card - clearly without my approval or consent.
I just learned that their parent company is Hawk Communications, LLC, 55 Marietta St Nw, Atlanta, GA 30303-2807; main contact is Stephen Hawk.
The BBB has given this company a rating of F.
