We are a lawfirm in Upstate New York representing a Virginia company against Edward Pero. Our client never actually met him face to face and the contract was signed by Jeffrey Hawk. We seek a witness to come to New york for trial who has personal knowledge (not through hearsay) that:

1. Pero and Hawk are the same person and
2. That Pero did business in the state of Virginia.
