Delivered a technology to my house first week in December to correct gas fireplace insert (that was initially bought from WATTS. Power 11 years ago)
Technology went within an eliminated lots of the interior components, stated fuel device 'poor' and required changing. But did not understand when they had someone to match. Afterwards called to determine easily might begin to see the title about the current device. I really could not (and thought this is exactly what we are spending 0 for?)
Being frustrated, I named an area location whose technology arrived, noticed the large mess which was quit (and required phtoos btw) went in to the clutter, place everything back together, got the HEARTH OPERATING AGAIN, washed it up therefore it appears like fresh and also the cost was very affordable.
