DIYTrade Ripoff - Shipped wrong products will not replace

I ordered products from company received someone else order. I contacted sales manager Kelvin Chou and he said my order was shipped to India and would replace in a few days. It now has been several weeks and I have not received replacements. Refuses to replace or refund money. Does not answer emails and other attempt to contact. Beware of DIYTrade.com, they represent dishonest companies
