I subscribed, paid $ 29.00 then found out the only thing you got for $ 29.00 was ID Number. If you wanted any REAL information you had to pay more money for EACH item requested.
I tried to find an email address. Nothing. I was going to use this to find lost high school class mates for a 50 year reunion in 2005.
Also, I tried to read their "Privacy Policy" and their "I agree to... Policy", but the links to those pages would never load. The message that kept coming up was "this page is unavailable", etc, etc.
The following is a copy of the actual email I prepared to send but couldn't find an email address that would work.
"I subscribed to your website and have received nothing but various links to pay more for the information you claim to provide for the cost of $ 29.00. Your advertising is false and misleading.
I want to cancel my subscription immediately and a refund of my $ 29.00 immediately. I am very dissatisfied and unhappy."
