To make along story short, Audio Video picked up my 52" panasonic for repair on 12/9/02. On 2/14/03 tv was diagnosed as having bad DP Board...$1100.00 to fix.

After much arguing Panasonic said they would pay for parts, I would cover labor of $350.00. On 3/24/03 tv was returned to my house, I paid for labor.in one hour tv was broke. Panasonic sent idiot repairmonster Adam Storm back to my house, still did not fix. This continued through April and May, during that time they continued replacing parts (at their cost now).in April I called and spoke to mgr. "Justin the fool". I was told that I requested to have my tv returned broke, missing parts and that I agreed to pay for it.

Now I know I must be getting senile to agree to this, since I do not remember ever saying anything of this sort. Finally in May 03, Panasonic decided that their "authorized repair center" did not know what they were doing and contacted another tv repair service.

They picked up my tv and in two days it was home fixed. What you are asking was wrong with tv in the first place? AUDIO VIDEO DID NOT KNOW HOW TO EXIT THE TECH/REPAIR MODE, that they put my television in. Yes, folks, this is true, these people are the lowest scum bucket idiots in the tv repair business. They not only ripped me off but Panasonic too.

Panasonic had gotten so tired of me, they were getting ready to give me a new tv. Now I want my money back!
