This company promised to send me 24 pallets of Target overstock items. What I got was 20 pallets of junk returns. What was included was several Target furniture items that had been damanged, many cell phone accesories that had been returned, damanged air mattreses. Also, there were items from other stores even though they said that the load was direct from Target through their company.
I offered to ship the junk back to the company at my cost but they refused saying that they do not give refunds. The owner Lisa Depalma was very rude and refused to help in any way. I will not rest untill the owner and others involved have paid for this fraudulent business. I am currently looking for a good atorney in the Maine area to sue them and I have turned this company over to the FTC and BBB.
