I have had my magic jacks for about two years, (i have two) one works fine. (most of the time) the other sucks. They wont give me bakc my money for the one that doesnt work. They want me to pay for another plus send back the other one. Then go through some long exhuasting process to get my money back! They are crazy i can never get a customer service number just osme dumb internet bullcrap with people who type like they are foreigners... And they dont listen to a word you say... Just get you to go inside your pc and mess it up... If i didnt knwo anything about computers i would be very upset. But with the mgic jack that does work, itf you have more than one saccount on your pca dn your signed into two accounts at one time, you wont be ableto call out unless you unplug the magicjack, then ti tkaes up too many resources and lsow your computer almost to a still, ARGH, i get so frustrated at times... As the one that does work for the msot part works okay, who ever said the calls were crystal clear LiED, they have never been crystal clear, and whats with the tones while your on the phone, DID YOU PEOPLE KNOW THEY LISTEN TO YOUR CONVERSATIONS? Google magic jack spying, phoncalls.
