Product never delivered

I requested it from Total-AV but my charge card was billed by Harvard Engineering about the evening of purchasing. The collection hasn't been shipped and neither organization have responded my emails. After I attempted to telephone Harvard I had been handed around in one automated answering device to a different till over time I simply put up. I've documented this to my charge card business.
