I am an HR Manager in Chicago and had a very good experience using FEP Search Group to help me hire. They were fast, and submitted only 3 candidates who were all very good fits for my job. I know some job seekers get upset that they don't get responses, but I *like* the fact that they only introduce me to 'perfect fits' for my open jobs. (I admit I'm posting this review because they asked me to, but I was happy to help them as they are a very good recruiting firm). The person who posted a negative review is probably forgetting that FEP Search Group is supposed to represent people like me: hiring managers. They are not supposed to represent job seekers, and that is why they only respond to the very best resumes they get. Harvard University only admits the top 1% of student applicants also. Does that make Harvard a 'bad university'? No. It makes Harvard the best school in the world. FEP Search Group is the same.
