Gt Express 101
Unauthorized card charge

We bought a GT Express 101 device in the GAIAM, Inc.infomercial automatic revenue in late May. We recognized them could be $19.95 plus delivery and handling which we discovered was over $16. We charged it to Amex. It had been shipped in early July and we've been pleased with the efficiency, though just starting to encounter a few of the same peeling as others. Lo and see in late July our card was billed another $19.95. We questioned the cost through Amex. The organization delivered a declaration that people hadn't observed before detailing another $19.95 cost along with a declaration that people hadn't delivered it. They stated we'd get a credit when delivered per their plan they state was published about the packaging slip, i.E. Return within thirty days. I'll contact them on 10/26 and find out when they allows me to come back it. Or even, I'll challenge the unauthorized cost and are accountable to BBB.
