My situation is similar to others. I purchased a Samsung Monitor at a CompUSA in Honolulu and completed the necessary paperwork to receive my promised $50 rebate.
An email confirmed the rebate and gave me a tracking number:
Offer# 21504 SAMSUNG 712N MONITOR REBATE
Rebate ID: 16010188
$50 payable to CHRIS C.
I receive an email on January 11 saying the check were sent on January 8 and to expect it in 10 days. I never received the check, so I went to their on-line rebate tracking site and found my order.
The Rebate on-line page stated that my rebate was mailed to my on Jan 8.
I tried calling the number and was put on hold. Ten minutes later I was still on hold. I hung up and tried repeatedly to reach them by phone but only received a busy signal.
TCA Fulfillment Services makes it nearly impossible to get in contact with their customer service department, as they do not provide an email address (what company that has a website doesn't have an email address in this day and age?) but only a non-1-800 number, which means the consumer pays for the long-distance call.
