The water accessory on my KitchenAid fridge began dispensing water at-will and flooding my home - KitchenAid suggested A&E Factory Support. I've been coping with their mess and total insufficient customer support for more than 6 weeks now. I've had them out five times to repair the issue - every time getting hassled although I'm inside their 90-day "promise". I actually have a state pending together for that harm to my home in the continuous flooding - a direct result their "options" to my issue. They WOn't return my preliminary cost, despite the fact that the support was never finished correctly. I've never handled such rude, unprofessional people in my own life. Don't work with a&e factory support!!!
