Six months before, City Manufacturer Support found restore my KitchenAid refrigerator. The specialist stated the issue was a defrost timer, which he changed. The fridge worked to get a small amount of time, getting progressively hotter in recent times. I named City Factory Support, simply to be informed that their first available day was Oct. 9 (almost 3 months from today) which I'd have to spend their $125 beginning price, despite the fact that they'd completed their fix in August. Luckily, I came across an area restoration individual who unearthed that City Manufacturer had mounted a poor timer, and had didn't substitute the thermostat that will be also no longer working. For me, City Manufacturer Support continues to be unresponsive and unprofessional.
