Received a suspicious package containing a video game console and game that I never ordered. I have never even done business with Newegg for that matter. When I checked my back records I found two purchases for just under $500 dollars. When I contacted Newegg they were more interested in getting my billing information rather obtaining my name or hearing out my story. Feeling suspicious of the customer service representative I immediately hung up and called my bank to report the fraudulent charges. Now my bank account is frozen and I believe that I might of fallen victim to identity theft or fraudulent charges made by Newegg.
