Snet in 2 3 rd generations ipod 8 gb and have not heard anything abiut them i sent enough to get one checkout and they got the money and both ipods and i got nothing no response from them eithe

I paid to have one ipod repaired and sent them 2 3rd generation 8 gb ipod nanso and onyl receive one email that they are checking it out and will let me know when the ipod diagnosis is complete that was september 21 today is 9/25/09 and still no response i have tried calkling them and no luck they took my money and my ipods and i have nothing. All i wanted to knwo if it can be fixed or will they buy both of them from me well they got both of them and the check that was cashed for 31.75.
