They have the most stupid policy I have ever encountered when it comes to paying your bill. They charge you something like $3.00 if you walk into the store to pay your bill. I have never heard of a company that charges customers a fee for paying their bill on time. I asked the clerk at the local Cricket store here why I had to pay #3.00 just to pay my bill "ON TIME", she stated that — that was their policy, so I was smart enough to complain about this procedure and she told me that I could pay online with a debit or credit card and there would be no charge. Now how silly is this: A customer walks in to the store and wants to pay their bill in cash, on time and they want to charge you $3.00 for that. Not a way to keep good customers. I opted for paying on the computer.
Another story this cell phone was purchased for my teenage son who held service with them for 2 years. He had to replace his phone once, but the phone cost $225.00, quite expensive if you asked me when other cell phone providers are offering them free to people everyday just to take out service with them.
Last their customer service leaves a lot to be desired in some areas, too.
