HAV1040 DVD Headrest became defective within 1st year (was also within 3 yr extended warranty).
After several "unanswered" emails notifying Gooddeals18 / Effyzaz, Inc. That headrest was defective, I was able to contact "online" Cust Serv rep Rebecca and at Rebecca's request I returned the defective headrest for exchange VIA FedEx (delivery was received by I. Brody at Effyzaz / returns).
Gooddeals18.com / Effyzaz, Inc. Has not exchanged defective item and does not respond to emails or phone calls. Unsat customer service after the sale.
