Invision Industries has been reported for not issuing refunds, that's a given. After reading the report I decided to give them one last chance at giving back my money for items we cut checks for and returned that were defective. They were very helpful and cut me a check for my outstanding balance and even sent me a prepaid UPS label for my last remaining DVD headrest kit.
Four months later they have a salesman call someone else at the dealer and express the need to wipe the credit off their books by sending another kit. Why they didn't call me, the Parts Manager, even though I have repeatedly called their Customer Service Manager requesting a check for the returned KIT, I do not know.
Now I've got a DVD headrest kit, which I'll never install in another Mercedes, in my posession. I asked why would you send a Call Tag (ups) to pick up the merchandise if you never intended on giving me money back on? The Customer Service Manager played dumb and still refused a refund. So Beware, you'll have a fight on your hands if you ever cut them a check or send something back for a refund.
