We purchased a RCA 50-inch HDTV. It smashed. It's under warranty. We named RCA plus they provide you with the repair-service to utilize. The repair-service arrived and stated they had a need to purchase components. Which was over per month before. Each time we contact RCA they claim they requested the components and certainly will consider eight to five business days. Every time we contact we obtain a diverse individual plus they claim they'll purchase the components. You know what the repair-service nevertheless does not have them. Whenever we request to talk to a boss the RCA people won't link you to 1. They're carrying this out to your large amount of customers.
