Lost Warranty Return

I purchased a Beltronics RX65 rader detector from SBH Corp in Brooklyn NY and after five months, the display went out. I contacted SBH Corp for a warrenty return of my radar detector and received the shipping address and was advised that I would receive a new detector. Fedex delivered the package and SBH Corp claims they never received the package. This is clearly a rip-off by SBH Corp!!! I now have to fight to get my detector or money back.
