No product return. No tracking nos. No proof off item posted. End result no reply too countless e-mails

Brought radar detector off company and detector failed too function properly, sent back too company under warranty company claimed product was returned but failed too give any details or tracking no's.
Sent a e-mail a month asking where it was or for tracking no's which I received a answer that could not find tracking no's.
Asked for refund off Money or a replacement product too which I receive no reply email
