I took my Tv for repair. They said I needed a whole new main circuit board for over $400. They told me my tv was a great model and was worth replacing. I told them it was too much and refused the repair.
I took the tv to another service center. They advised me the Main video card had been unplugged from the main cpu.in addition the plasma screen had been disconnected from the Main video card. Also, the main video card had a blown fuse! The fixed all three items, and the tv works fine.
