I BOUGHT a long guarantee on my Kitchenaid fridge on my 2009 fridge (price 1500) I created my first support ask 17 September, the technician didn't emerge until 24 September. They stated it required a component, they requested the part also it did not are available in for just two months when they returned they stated the fridge isn't repairable. It's today 1 September plus they haven't fixed the fridge and also the repair-service South Florida Equipment fix statements they informed Whirlpool it mightnot be fixed and Whirlpool claims that CELEBRITY has informed them-it wants another component to obtain fixed. I've named often and maintain obtaining the run-around accusing your partner. They WOn't send another technician. They guarantee to call but never return my phone. I'd NEVER purchase a long guarantee from their website again.
