Echostar Refuses to put anything in writing, lies and more lies

I decided I would call Dish and see if they could compete with my local cable company's offering that included 2 HD DVR's. I started the conversation off stating this, and was told that it would be no problem I could get 2 HD DVR's (lie #1) I also asked specifically about 3 channels that our family watches, and if they were included in our package, was told yes they were. (lie #2) I was also going to do the bundle with internet service through at&t and was given so much misinformation that I actually canceled that order with them. I received an email confirming my order and found that I was scheduled to get a single DVR.
I immediately called and asked what was going on. At first I was told that the receiver a 722 would handle 2 HD TV's. I asked how they would connect it to the second TV, and was told by Cable. It wasn't until I looked up the model on the internet that I found that it is not capable of running 2 HD TV's did Dish acknowledge that it would not in fact run 2 HD TV's. At this point I requested to cancel. I was sent to the loyalty dept and was offered after a while 2 HD DVR's and they would waive the external HD fee.install went smoothly. And later that night we sat down to watch something on one of the channels that was SUPPOSED to be included in the package. It wasn't active. I needed to call to activate the external HD so I figured that I would combine both issues into one call.
Well the rep on the phone told me that they NEVER waive that fee and that I would be not only charged for the first receiver but $39.95 for EACH RECEIVER to get the external drive activated. I told her that there were notes in the account stating to the contrary and she insisted that they do not do it. I again asked for the cancellation dept as this was not what was agreed. The loyalty dept agreed that the notes in the account stated that it should be 0 charge, and they were willing to change the programming to reflect the next package up to cover for the lies told by their sales rep.
At this point I am not very trusting and asked if they could just send out a quick email, note or something to the effect of what the price is for the first 12 months, and then the second 12 months. They flat out refused. It went above the loyalty dept and that dept refused. I asked if I could record them and they refused. At this point I requested to cancel. They immediately told me that I would be charged a disconnect fee. (untrue you have 72 hours to cancel) I told them that if they did, I would be contacting the AG's office for NC. So far no charge, but I don't trust them to not do it. All this because they refuse to acknowledge in writing what they offered.
