Will not refund money on cancelled orde

On August 3rd I requested a Roku Netflix participant. On July 4th, I came across a cheaper answer using the Playon application and named to stop my purchase with Roku. They stated the purchase had previously delivered. Accurate, they'd gotten a delivery quantity from Fedex, however the item hadn't yet been acquired by Fedex. The Roku repetition recommended I contact Fedex and stop the collection. I did so and got a verification number from Fedex. Main point here - the merchandise never quit the Roku areas. I delivered two needs via their site mail seeking my reimbursement - no reaction. I've named 4 times (customer support in India). Every time I had been guaranteed the issue had been expedited for their delivery to confirm they nevertheless had the merchandise. On each event, I had been informed that I'd get a reaction from their store in 2 business days, 3 business days, 5 business days, etc. None of this actually occurred. About the first and following calls I supplied them using the Fedex tracking range and termination confirmation number so that they might observe for themselves the item was never acquired. Which wasnot adequate. They'd to get verification from "delivery".

Do Not conduct business with one of these individuals. They're possibly shady or totally inexperienced - possibly equally.
