Free return shipping my ass!!! I've spoken to 5 various ROKU "customer support" respresentatives looking to get them to E-MAIL me a RETURN SHIPPING TAG. Every 2-3 times I obtain a fresh e-mail from the VARIOUS consultant stating they suggest I wait 2-3 times before getting the Delivery Tag. I actually donot understand why I've to hold back 2-3 times for A CONTACT. But which was over yesterday. I have talked to 2-3 people about the telephone-these were no aid AT-ALL. And two randoms have sent me recommending I wait. THey promote A - 30 day cash back guarantee however they wont provide you with a delivery tag inside the thirty days. Exactly what a fuckin laugh. Don't purchase this participant-a PS3 or Pc may flow NEtflix films. Do not spend your own time or cash with this "Roku" participant.

Oh and also the GREATEST component is, I really could have created "go back to sender" also it might have been delivered nevertheless when I required to obtain a Return Shipping Tag they required the "sequential number' of my participant and so I needed to start the container to obtain that info.
