I was sent (and charged for!) a random item when I bought a Roku product recently.
I've made THREE ATTEMPTS to e-mail to THREE different e-mail addresses to ask how
to handle a return for refund.
I received absolutely no correspondence back. On the third attempt I sent the e-mail
"return receipt requested" and they both received AND read the e-mail that I sent
asking for assistance, obviously ignoring my service request.
Buy another streaming player, there's no reason to do business with them! Don't
support their way of doing business.
