I purchased a cell phone with the understanding from the Nextel sales person that I was getting 1000 mobile to mobile minutes with my three lines in 3. However in 10 I spoke with a representive who told me that this plan never existed and it was computer glitch on nextel's part. She explained that I was being billed for these call through my reg Plan. She refused to credit me and reimburse the money that I had been paying extra.
