Wireless Depot (Mar 16/09) authorized Tmobile dealer sold me 2 junk phones and will not honur the 14 day Full cash refund promised by Tmobile.
Chad Walen, owner, refused to give me full refund on the first junk phone and said, Quote: We are here to make money" End quote.
Chad was watching Porn movies on a 50inch screen TV and avoided my question concerning this imoral and imapropriate behavor.
I then agreed to purchase a second used junk phone but Chad and his worker Salesman Scott Ostergarten forgot to order a battery for it.
I agreed to wait 6 more days.
I was also overcharged for a second SIM card of which Tmobile asured me I did not need.
I then decided to go to another dealer to get a new phone with a rebate.
As for the 2nd phone it would not work without a code and it had not been updated as is required. As a result the ringer would not ring loud and all the prior owners info was in it, Texted messages, numbers, addresses, emails. Etc.
I called Chad about this phone and he said, Quote: "Its not my responsibilty, Call T-mobile". End quote.
Since then after several calls to Tmobile they finally agreed to refund the cost of the phone but will not help me with anything I need or questions.
The last I called local burnsville Tmobile store where I set up my 2nd line, manager krist Bluhm said she will not help me and said, Quote: ""our workers dont like you" and "You know what I am talking about"end quote. She then hung up on me.
I then called the other Burnsville corp store and manager Art said, Quote: " We have given you too many credits"end quote.
In other words, You got the credit so Shut up.
I did not get the credits in cash as promised by Tmobile.
Tmobile will not respond to my complaint letter against Wireless Depot dated June 1st/09.
I suspect they never will.
If any of the above is not exactly correct and true let me be held in contempt and may the above named store owners and workers plead there case to me personally. (doubtful)
PS: To give you an idea of how ignorant people are, City Prior Lake chamber of commerce nominated Wireless Depot business of the year. (?) For what, Porn movies?

Note: I recommend a local corporate store first for resovleing matters however they are only human and are way overwelmed with puting out fires. They are under stress due to Corporate irrisponsibilty.
The big 4 cell company monopolys are literally billion dollar profits and refuse to bend knowing the we have no where else to go.
Some reports say that each carrier has a special team come in each day and add bogas charges to unsuspecting customers (fees, roaming, paper work charges, taxs, blah blah blah! And we all know this is true just by reading your bill (Notice its always in favor of the carrier? Always).
And worse the prepay companys are all owned by the top 4. These prepay's are expensive and have poor coverage in rural areas and do not offer MyFave free calls like Tmobile and verizon offer.
Virgin prepay (metro coverage) offers a $50 unlimited prepay.
Best prepay deal is Boost (metro coverage)$50, Unlimited, text.
Tmobile prepay phones take a SIM card and are compatible with your Sim card for Tmobile accounts. So for $20 you get a backup phone with your same number.
Att, Nextel, sprint and Cingular Wireless do not offer MyFaves Free.
The myFavefree allows you to call free and even after your minutes are gone.
Web reviews refer to the Big 4 as a huge monopoly mess of huge profits.
The governement taxs cell phone minutes as a Luxury (it is certainly not a luxury). Its a big price to pay to have radiation pumped into your brain.
