On April 15 I placed a order for (4) led lightbars, to satisfy a County purchase order. The order was for a little over $850.00, from NWA Public Safety Supply, represented by Matt Miller. Six days after I was notified the money was transferred, I still had not received tracking information. Emailed requesting tracking information and was met with a excuse about not having items in stock. I requested tracking information or immediate refund.
To make a long story short, I never received tracking information, or the product, and only received a refund offer after filing a claim with PayPal on May 6. I had to send a invoice through PayPal, at Matt Miller's request, to request my refund. As of yet I have not received my refund.
I feel like I got the run-around. No telephone contact number or valid contact information should have been a clue. Seems to me to be a internet business based on drop shipping from the Manufacturer. Buyer BEWARE!
