I ordered a manufacture's battery for my Lumix. They told me they were on back order and that they could "send you a battery that is more popular and lasts just as long as the manufacturer's battery." BULLSHIT.
I have a brain tumor so it's not the easiest thing for me to call and complain, remember to make things work, etc. I bought some shitty batteries on ebay and they worked longer than the "BP-007cl" shit they sent me. I called "customer service" and the first prick was mad because I used profanity AFTER explaining I have brain damage and he was still an ass. "Call the number on the battery". I find the battery Naturally there was no number so I had to call back and get another ass hole that gave me the number and still pulled the same shit.
Fed up I told them I was going to write them up on the net, they didn't give a shit.
Finally I called the 310 number getting another person while turning on the waterworks and telling him the situation. He was more than happy to send me a new battery and let me keep the other POS. So eventually I got my way but...
Sometimes you have to call customer service a couple of times and you get what you need/want. It's an ugly game but someone has to play it and when you don't have time to waste doing this shit... And then writing a review about this... Whatever.
Event though you made good on the crap, you told me when the manufacture battery was "on back order" and you were sending me a more "expensive" battery that costs more and you weren't going to charge me for that, wink wink, nudge nudge.
