In June my husband I bought a JSi Home theatre system for a 140.00 and we thought we were getting a great deal but we did not. About three months after we bought the system, the system. The remote stopped working and the system started to stop working piece by piece. We tried to return it to sears where we bought it but they would not take it back because it was an open electronic and they did not have our syset any more to verifiy that they carry the product though we had a receipt. Sears told us to call the company, But we could not find an active phone number or address, or website. This company was know where to be found. So not we lost 140.00 because of a company that apparently was scam. ZI would like to do something but I do notknow what to do.
