Mr. Humphries bid on hauling my 2 family cats from Florida to Washington when we were transferred with the Military. We accepted his bid, and paid in full for the service.
The cats were picked up from our home in Florida on July 23, and we haven't seen them since. We have not been able to communicate with Mr. Humphries to find out what is going on.
Yesterday I received a phone call from a third party, who has my cats in North Carolina. She has had them since right after they were picked up from my house. Apparently, Mr, Humphries was on another shipment when it was time to pick up my cats, and had his friend do it for him, and take them back to North Carolina to wait for him.
He has still not shown up to get my cats, and has made numerous other delivieries all over the country since then. Even if we were to get the cats back eventually, they have now gotten used to their new home, and won't be the same. And, we are out $775.
