Virgin Mobile online is very mis-leading. Buy a new phone you get $19.99 worth of airtime. It does not specifie any where that you have to be a first time customer. I bought the phone on 6/19/09, called in to activate it, nobody mentioned anything about airtime. Called back later that night to tell them still haven't received it. So today (6/26/09) @3pm... Called to ask when am I going to receive it, thats when they hit me with "YOU HAVE TO BE A FIRST TIMR CUSTOMER".. Nowhere on there website does it say that... Also paid $11.99 shipping fee to receive the phone next day. (DIDN'T HAPPEN) took 2 days. So finally after throwing a fit they gave 75 minutes airtime.By the way they have a call center in MANILLA, They can speak english, but they don't understand it..
